Hot Fudge Cheesecake
Ingredients: Crust: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Cheesecake Filling: 24 oz cream cheese, softened 1 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 large eggs 1/2 cup sour cream Hot Fudge Topping: 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions: Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the springform pan to form the crust. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
